Member Agreement

Family Ride Connect is a Dune Guide USA service operated by MCKINNEY DIGITAL HOLDINGS LLC. These rules apply to introductions, messages, online adventures, and rides that members arrange together.

Community rules

• Adults manage accounts. I am at least 18 and will use my own account. I will communicate with the adult responsible for another household and will not contact minors through the service.
• Respect another family’s choice. An invitation is optional. I will accept a decline or no response, respect blocks, and stop contacting anyone who asks me to stop.
• Protect private details. I will ask before sharing another person’s contact information, trip dates, campsite, or photos. I will keep children’s identifying information off my profile.
• Be honest and respectful. I will represent my household and riding experience honestly. I will not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or send unwanted advertising to other members.
• Ride responsibly. I will follow closures and posted rules, respect other camps, and supervise children in my care. I can block or report a member who breaks these rules. Dune Guide USA may restrict or end access for violations.

Meeting and riding risks

Family Ride Connect introduces riding families. Members choose whether to meet and arrange their own rides. For member-arranged rides, Dune Guide USA does not supervise the outing or guarantee another person’s identity, conduct, equipment, or riding ability.

I understand that meeting people in person and riding off-road carry risks, including property damage, serious injury, or death. I choose whether to participate. I am responsible for deciding whom to meet, checking conditions and equipment, and choosing a route and pace suited to the people in my care. I may decline an invitation or leave a ride at any time.

This acknowledgment preserves any rights that applicable law does not allow me to waive.
