The Roswell record is regional context
NWS publishes monthly climate reports for Roswell. They help compare seasons, but are not measurements at the Bowl or Cottonwood. Use the destination point forecast for the actual trip dates.

Build in a cool-down stop
Arrive with drinking water and a shaded rest plan. NWS recommends reducing strenuous activity in the hottest part of the day. An empty water container is a reason to end the ride, not extend the loop.
